“My current series, ‘Divine Alignment’ is directly expressive of my Reiki practice. Parts of sacred symbols are interwoven with others to compose these abstract paintings without revealing the symbols themselves. These are comprised of layers of smaller painted symbols applied in slow meditative strokes, along with glass shards and blended bead mixtures. My intention is that the longer the viewer’s eye engages with the work the more deeply the benefits of infused Reiki are experienced. For me, the angel is in the details.”
