Currently a Miami, Florida-based art instructor, Tilly Strauss exhibits consistently while also teaching painting to high-school teenagers. Since 2015 she has exhibited her work at the Deering Estate, Arthouse studio, Footsteps to Freedom in Wynwood, Miami International University of Art and Design, the Akin Museum of Natural History in NY, and the South Florida Art Center. In 2016 she had a six-month solo show of paintings with Miami Dade Public Library.
For the last two summers, Strauss was awarded a month-long painting residency at the Vermont Studio Center. Among her other accolades was First Prize at The Deering Estate at Cutler, Miami Plein Air exhibition.
