Who we are

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Subscriptions
Your privacy is protected. The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), across the European Union has laws that provide consumers with more control over their personal data. The Healing Power of ART & ARTISTS is fully aligned with the GDPR mission for a safe and secure Internet. We embrace your privacy as a subscriber to The Healing Power of ART & ARTISTS. We are committed to your right to privacy and to being transparent about how and why we store your data. When you sign up as a subscriber we use your personal data (name and e-mail address) exclusively for sending you our email newsletter. Your personal data is important to us and will not be shared with third parties. You may choose to unsubscribe to our Free Email News at any time and will have that option to click an unsubscribe link with every email you receive from us.

Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Cookies
