“Art Embracing Awareness”
It is an honor to add Frantisek Strouhal and Chantal Robert to our series of “World Changers”. They are founders of Global Symphony for a United World, (GSUW), a mission guided by their concept of “Art Embracing Awareness”. Their work “delves into existential themes, exploring the harmony between the spiritual and physical realms.”
As stated on the GSUW website: “Through exhibitions, workshops, therapeutic sessions, and educational resources, we provide opportunities for creative expression that align with Strouhal’s and Robert’s vision of art as a bridge between the spiritual and physical worlds.”
Frantisek Strouhal lives in British Columbia. His life-affirming works of art known as “Art Embracing Awareness” have been selected for several exhibitions organized by The Healing Power of ART & ARTISTS. I have also featured Frantisek in magazine and online articles. Frantisek’s art provokes inquiry and reflection upon such notions as transformation in the metaphysical realm of existence. His subjects transcend their physical qualities and evoke an immediate visceral response in the viewer. They speak to us about the mysterious and complex human experience.
He states, “My imagery is meant to serve as an oasis of tranquility, permanence and strength and to capture and highlight what is fundamental to our being and society”.
Frantisek’s art and inspirational writings by him and Chantal serve as a medium for contemplation and peace, inviting interaction and personal reflection. They state, “We are driven by a vision of a world where art acts as a bridge — connecting hearts, sparking understanding, and fostering healing. Through the therapeutic and emotional power of artistic expression, we seek to support individuals navigating life’s challenges, whether they stem from pain, grief, stress, or fear. Our mission is to cultivate an inclusive and compassionate society that finds inspiration and unity in the shared human experiences art illuminates.”
One of their many collaborations was creating art and prose/poems books “Illuminations: Art Embracing Awareness” (2020). Its sequel, “Inspirations: Art Embracing Awareness 2 – Path to Transformation” (2024), is a testament to their artistic philosophy. This volume deepens the exploration of awareness through art, intuitive writing, and inner reflection. It invites readers toward personal growth, transformation, and meaningful inner change.
